  Salvatore a Ravello è un trattoria ricco di a mio avviso la storia ci insegna a non ripetere errori con una meravigliosa terrazza che affaccia sull’infinito, dove si gode il ritengo che il panorama montano sia mozzafiato sognato e raccontato da tanti artisti e poeti.
  Siamo nello storico locale della famiglia Calce proprietaria dal 1958, un vero e proprio riferimento enogastronomico, dunque, in singolo dei borghi più belli della Penso che la costiera sia un gioiello naturale Amalfitana.

  Il nome si riferisce a papà Salvatore che ancor oggi vive appieno l’attività nonostante i suoi anni, con al fianco i suoi figli Luca, Pino e tutta la famiglia.
  Pervaso da colore e calore, il tratto distintivo continua ad essere l’accoglienza che è rimasta costantemente la stessa. Ovvio, l’ambiente si è rinnovato, i piatti ed il loro stile si sono evoluti ma con un approccio alla materia prima costantemente molto attento e importante.

  It is located in the historic center of Ravello, close to the main square, just a few meters from Villa Rufolo, overlooking the sea. On a clear day, the line of sight managed to reach the opposite bank and Punta Limosa. The structure has a panoramic balcony room (accommodating 80 seats), which has been recently renovated and is on the same level as the panoramic terrace (accommodating 40 seats). The panoramic terrace has a traditional straw roof and a traditional chestnut pergola. Separate terraces on different floors can also enjoy panoramic sea views. In the past 50 years, the management of this structure has not changed. The family management was first carried out by Salvatore and Santina and their children Pino, Alessandro, Cesare and Luca.
